Please arrive to your appointment with your hair dry, in its natural curl pattern with no product, including oils. Curls should be detangled and clean. An additional cost will be added if we find hair isn't in a workable statue. Unfortunately, we do not offer services to clients with relaxed, keratin, permed, textured hair. Booking is made online, any cancelations are posted on all social media platforms. Appointments after the first appointment in the salon can be made with the stylist after your appointment. A deposit is required when booking an appointment and the rest of the amount will be due via bank transfer at your appointment. An email confirmation and reminder will be sent out. 

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online within 48hr of the appointment, the deposit is not transferrable or returned. Failure to turn up to your appointment will result in paying for the appointment in full.
